Applying for Free and Reduced Price School Meals

Stockdale ISD is looking forward to serving healthy, balanced meals to students in the new school year. These meals, whether paid, free, or reduced-price, offer a good source of nutrition for students.

In the 2022-2023 school year, schools are required to return to charging for school meals on the National School Lunch Program based on program eligibility. Students will need to apply for free or reduced-price lunch to determine eligibility. Only one application will need to be completed per household so be sure to include all family members on one application. SISD will notify the household of the child’s eligibility.

Your application can do more than just provide free and reduced-price meals. It will determine your family’s eligibility for any Pandemic EBT benefits, possible discounted rates on internet services or college applications, reduced registration fees for AP, SAT and/or ACT test in addition to providing additional funding for state and federal programs at SISD.

As of August 10, 2022, students who have not completed a free or reduced lunch application for the 2022-2023 school year (unless categorically eligible) will be charged for meals.

Upon completion of the entire registration process, the final screen will have a direct link to the application or you can find the online application by visiting  https://family.titank12.com/

Children with Special Dietary Needs

The U.S. Department of Agriculture regulations require substitutions or modifications in school meals for students whose disabilities restrict their diets. If a physician or other licensed health-care provider determines that a student’s food allergies may result in severe, life-threatening (anaphylactic) reactions, then the student’s condition will meet the definition of a disability, and the prescribed substitutions must be made by the District.

Please fill out the form below if applicable:
