Reinvestment Zone Hearings Public Notice

The Stockdale Independent School District (“District”) is in discussions with an alternative energy company, Blackjack Plains Solar Project, LLC to consider the development of a solar energy project located entirely within the District at or about the intersection of State Hwy. 123 N. and FM 1681. Information regarding the Reinvestment Zone, including an illustrative map is attached as Exhibits A and Exhibit B. The Board of Trustees of the Stockdale Independent School District will hold a public hearing to consider approval of the creation of the reinvestment zone related to Blackjack Plains Solar Project, LLC within the boundaries of SISD under the provisions of Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code. The public hearing is scheduled for November 28, 2022 at 6:30 PM, in the Administration Building, 503 S. Fourth St., Stockdale, Texas 78160. Interested parties may appear and present their views at this meeting.

Information regarding the Reinvestment Zone, including an illustrative map is attached as Exhibits A and Exhibit B. The Board of Trustees of the Stockdale Independent School District will hold a public hearing to consider approval of the creation of the reinvestment zone related to Novis Renewables, LLC within the boundaries of SISD under the provisions of Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code.
