How to enroll a new student into the district.

Add and register student.

Gather the required documents: The following documents are required to register any student in Stockdale ISD schools:

• One proof of residency
• Immunization record from previous school or family doctor
• Unofficial transcript or last report card
• Birth certificate
• Social security number
• Parents must provide proof of identity and custody papers (if required).

In addition to enrollment, Ascender Parent Portal and Ascender Student Portal (new this 22-23 school year!) is available for parents and students in Stockdale ISD to monitor academic progress regularly and set up "Alerts." that notify you via text or email when grades or attendance fall below a certain level.

Below you will find more information on enrolling your returning student and/or adding another student to your existing Ascender Parent Portal account for the 2022-2023 school year. 

Log-in to your Ascender Parent portal account and verify your student's information. Once this is complete, you will be ready for the 2022-2023 school year!

Parents of current students can update information and upload the following documents utilizing Ascender:

• Proof of residency (i.e.—Mortgage, lease, or bills cable, home phone, electric, gas, or water) associated with your residence. The proof of residency document must be dated within 30 days of registration.
