Stockdale ISD School Board gives significant raises to Teachers, Librarian, Counselors and RNs by unanimously approving a new Teacher Pay Scale. The total cost of increase on the new Teacher Pay Scale is $202,533 which equates to over 3 years worth of raises on the prior scale. Stockdale ISD has taken many necessary steps in the last 2 years to ready us for a substantial change such as this. Stockdale ISD Superintendent and School Board established a goal a year ago to Recruit, support, and retain faculty and staff. The goal was, "To develop and implement a more competitive Teacher Pay Scale by 2020-2021".
