Look What's Happening at Stockdale Junior High!

October 27th

Stockdale Junior High’s National Junior Honor Society students participated in distribution of items from the Mobile Food Pantry at Stockdale’s Christ United Methodist Church.

         

October 31st

Stockdale Junior High Student Council hosted a Halloween dance and costume contest.  Pictured below are the winners of the costume contest, 8th grader, Michael Crouch and 6th grader, Madalyn Marquez.  Both winners received a gift card to Dairy Queen.

 

November 14th

Stockdale Junior High students, parents, and teachers participated in History Night on November 14th.  Participants watched the movie, Price Among Slaves.  Students displayed their projects on Colonial America. GT Students, Seth Darilek and Enoch Clapp presented their project to the audience,

            

   

 

November 17th

Stockdale Junior High students, teachers, and parents participated in Math and Science night at the Library.  Students science projects were displayed.  Math teachers held grade level informative sessions in their classrooms, where students showed their parents some of the activities they are using to learn math at Stockdale Junior High.  All grade levels gathered in the Library following the classroom meetings and math teacher led parents and students through a variety of fun math games that students and their families can play at home to help strengthen their math skills.
