6th and 7th grade Science Projects
6th and 7th grade Science Students at Stockdale Junior High are busy studying Plant and Animal Cells. The students divided into groups to put together home-made play dough and colored it with food coloring.
Then they shaped dough and different organelles of the cell and placed them on pizza boxes. As the cells were drying the students typed up labels for the different parts. This whole project served as a great way to teach students about plant and animal cells and their parts and the function of each, as well as have some fun!!
